I installed Mo'Creatures in minecraft for mac but othing happened?

I did everything this video said http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WinI6sCTvzg and i have mod loader audio mod and gui api installed because i see global mob settings and global mob options in the ingame menu, but Mo'creatures doesn't work, help please. I have a mac and the latest version of minecraft.
