Why are guys still expected to make all the effect in the dating scene?

i don't wait for a a chick, i go to them with little result so i stopped. i don't have a list because i expect females to be worth less than what i want. basically i have little to no expectation. and though i shot chicks down its because i want nothing to do with them because they make me angry, sad, and bitter. oh and insecure with how you stare at other men. to be honest i have little to no desire for females because all of them are headaches that i cant afford.
