Can't Report a Problem to Nexon?

I need to contact Nexon because, when I log on to Maplestory, it says make sure you signed in when I try to enter a channel. However, I am logged into the website. But, when I try to send a Ticket to report my problem, I get this message http://www.nexon.net/api/v001/forum/passthrough?action=parature . I don't know what to do now... so please help.
